How did we get here?

Born on October 30th, 2008, IQ Consulting was conceived to unleash the power of top notch consultancy in fostering growth of organizations and companies, while making real impact on people’s lives. Through long term partnerships with our clients we have undergone symbiotic growth and development, ever evolving in volume of work and complexity of services. Our clients represent some of the highest professional and ethical standards in the market, resulting a natural and practice-oriented approach, we’ve gradually incorporated best practices and grown from lessons we’ve learnt from past implementation. We’ve matured with projects from European Commission, US Government, the World Bank, IFC, Council of Europe, UN Agencies, Embassies, International and local organizations, municipalities and companies across sectors. We’ve also excelled in highly regulated industries like security and defense.

How does the partnership process work?

After initial introduction and contact, a background check and due diligence process is conducted to assess the potential clients’ and partnerships. We expect the same from our potential partners, as trust-building is an important hallmark of long-term partnership building.

We proceed with developing a shared vision and expectations on what the partnership will look like and what each party expects to accomplish as a result of the partnership.

Once matching expectations are set, we draft the terms of engagement, budget estimates, and technical offers detailing implementation arrangements. we do not have a one-size-fits-all solution or formula for our clients, instead, we jointly develop the approach for each engagement.

What is the cost for our services?

Our prices are set based on joint determination with our clients on expected volume of work, level of expertise and specialization of needed services, and the specific requirements of each assignment. similarly to partnership building, there is no one-size-fits-all price list that would encompass the complexity of our services in their entirety.

By matching these parameters, we offer highest value for clients’ investment and maximizing their impact of budgets they spent. We pride ourselves to accurately foresee clients’ needs for expertise, and providing most cost-effective solutions to achieve them at the highest standards.

In some instances, and under strict conditionality and follow-up, we provide pro-bono services to clients contributing to a shared vision in given sectors of interest.
